Somis is a small rural area in Ventura County, so there isn’t a major airport directly in town—but it’s very well positioned between several convenient options in Southern California. The closest airport is Santa Paula Airport, a small general aviation airport just minutes away. Nearby regional options also include Camarillo Airport and Oxnard Airport, all within a short drive and mainly used for private, charter, or smaller aircraft. For commercial flights, the most convenient major airport is Hollywood Burbank Airport, followed closely by Los Angeles International Airport, which offers the widest range of international and domestic connections. Depending on traffic, guests can also access Santa Barbara Airport to the north, a smaller and often more relaxed alternative. Together, these airports make Somis and Villa Amodei easily accessible while still preserving the sense of quiet seclusion that defines the estate.
